Summer Rates: $2900/week, Check in is only on a Monday or Friday
Partial week: Monday - Friday :$1800
Friday to Monday: $1500
Cleaning fee is included in all rates. Sheets are included for all stays. Towels are included free on
stays of one week or more. They can be rented for $50. Pets require an additional $50 cleaning fee.
These rates are for 6-10 people. There is a charge for more than 10 and a reduction for fewer than 6.
Off season- be sure to ask
January/February special: $2850/month
Ask about the Thanksgiving, Easter, and Christmas special
There are special discounts for non-profits
Monthly rates are available off season
Other Policies:
Person signing rental agreement must be over 25 and there must be one person staying at the property who is over 25.
Well trained dogs are permitted.
No smoking is permitted.
No parties are permitted.
